First method of Bhastrika Pranayama

Second method of Bhastrika Pranayama 

  • Keep your hands on your knees.
  • Keep the waist and neck straight.

  • Now place your first two fingers on the forehead and while keeping your left nostril closed with your last two fingers, slowly inhale the breath from the right nostril.
