1. Blink for two minutes. This exercise helps regulate blood circulation in the eyes.

2. While looking straight ahead, turn your head in a circular motion. First from right to left, and then from top to bottom, which can increase blood flow to the eyes.

3. Look to the right, slowly move your eyes to the left. Then do the same thing in the opposite direction.

4. Close your eyes and relax. It is believed that darkness helps to strengthen the photoreceptor cells in the eyes, thereby helping to maintain a clear vision.
